Jean's funeral service will take place at The Forest of Dean Crematorium on Monday 23rd December at 10.30 am.
By request, family flowers only.
If desired, donations for SCIPS (The Special Care Baby Unit, University Hospital of Wales) may be placed in the donations box at the crematorium or sent to Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors, Chippenham Funeral Home, Howells Place, Monmouth NP25 3ED (please make cheques payable to Ernest Heal & Sons Donations Account).
